Just a reminder to everyone to don't forget to vote next Tuesday. I personally, have to figure out where I am actually registered to vote, as it could be one of a few different public schools in Brooklyn. Ideally, I figure this out before 6am on Tuesday morning, when I am rushing to get to New Jersey for a huge meeting at 8:30am.I was reading about the huge cultural phenomenon caused by the Obama "Hope" posters designed by Los Angeles-based street artist, Shepard Fairey on the website, Huffington Post,over lunch today, and it makes me always appreciate even more the role of the graphic designer during election years. Without us, the elections would look so boring.

I wonder if they were commissioned by Obama's campaign or if the artist was moved to create it... and then the campaign adopted it? Either way, it's great.
