After my Air France flight was canceled last night, I had to rebook onto Lufthansa for this afternoon, flying out of Newark. The Lufthanasa Lounge in Newark shares space with SAS. Consequently, I am eating wedges of crisp bread, cheese, and cucumbers on my dream dishes — Teema by Iitala — and drinking water from a Kaj Franck tumbler that I have in my own cupboard at home. Needless to say, this lounge more than makes up for the fact that I am flying from Newark.

Lufthansa Lounge
