Pumpkin Pancakes

I have been craving pancakes for about three months now, and finally got around to getting the ingredients to make them. Well, actually, I saw a mix for pumpkin pancakes while waiting in the check out line at Trader Joe's and bought it. Regardless, I read the ingredients and there was nothing not real in there, so I felt like it was not so bad, despite it still being totally cheating with regards to making them from scratch. Anyway, I whipped some up this morning for my breakfast, despite my plans to meet Susanna at Ici for lunch in two hours.
