When I watch this video, I get all nostalgic for Tokyo and it made me realize just how much I miss Japan. I had thought about visiting my friend Yuki this spring for the cherry blossom viewing and I really think I need to make that a reality. I have all of these miles with nothing to spend them on, so a trip to Japan needs to be planned. I am in dire need of beef curry noodles (even if I no longer eat beef), amongst other things, to say the least. Just thinking about planning a trip to Japan makes me so excited, I can barely contain my joy.

Aimee, I've been reading your blog today for the first time because of searching Marimekko connections. I've found it very interesting, but am sad that no one seems to make comments. Who do you hope reads your blog?
I read my niece's blog (katiefornia.blogspot.com) and many people are followers. She goes to France annually, and my daughter lives in Paris, so your description of Paris this winter and your flights were interesting. My son does graphic work for Nike so I will forward your YouTube video of the Nike store in Tokyo to him.
